My Case Log status "Transferred"
I am writing to you today to request assistance with my account deactivation urgently. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months, but I have not contacted the marketing department because my account is deactivated.
My account was deactivated in June and after lots of deliberation over weeks, I was told by an Amazon employee that my case would be transferred to the marketing department and that someone would contact me within 2 days from the 8th of August. However, I have not heard back from anyone since then, and my Case Log status is still stuck at "Transferred".
I am a small business owner, and I rely on Amazon to sell my products. I have been unable to sell for months, and I am losing money.
I would be grateful if you could help me to contact the marketing department directly.

This is forum for sellers, and all we can do is to advise you to our best knowledge based on our own experience.
To do that we will need you to copy here your deactivation notice from Amazon.
It would also be helpful to see your latest Plan of Action along with their latest response.

Have you paid off the negative balance on your account from your previous thread, they will never reactivate your account whilst it has a negative balance.
