I’m waiting >2 months also. Proper registered company with all supporting documents. My listings are still active, but Amazon are holding my payments all this time (>£1500). My ad account is also not active.
I’m waiting for their next reply which will tell me my documents are out of date (their fault) and I need to get more recent ones
