Lately, we keep getting SAFE-T claims denied for the reason that the products are eligible for FREE Returns. In last 3 times, the buyers returned the products because they bought the wrong size or it was incompatible for their use. For both these reasons, per Amazon policy, the customer pays for return shipping. In the past, I've always gotten these claims granted. But not for the last 3 SAFE-T claims.
