What does a German Tax certificate look like?

I had an steuerberaterin doing all my paperwork and she was too busy with her other clients so now I have no steuerberaterin. (I’m not happy about that, but anyway life goes on.)

So I must have a German Tax Certificate somewhere, but I’ve got hundreds of documents.

In order to find out which document is my German Tax Certificate I need to know what it looks like or what it says.

Does anyone have a example of a German Tax certificate or any clue as to what it looks like?
