Amazon now supplying QR codes on FBM returns?
We’ve just had a customer complain that the QR code sent for a return of an FBM order wasn’t accepted at the parcel shop.
I thought it odd, the label our side from manage returns is an Evri label. I have sent this across but they state they can’t access it.
However they have now sent a message from Amazon which is a message that contains details on what to do in the Evri Parcel shop, a QR code and then the return details for our order.
Is anyone aware of a change in messaging for Evri FBM returns?

just giving this a bump as it got added overnight.
I’ve now supplied the Evri label again but the message looked genuine from amazon. Seems a lot of photoshop effort to go to for £20 and they’ve ordered from us again anyway- they seem a genuine customer.
