Listing Search Suppressed - Image
Hello Everyone,
I have been having some issues with 1 particular ASIN for a number of months, the listing has been search suppressed on and off due to the image. The image that I have uploaded in compliant with the Amazon image policy yet it will not load on to the detail page. I have reached out to seller support on numerous occassions and they have yet to come to solution. I feel that this should be something really very simple to fix
Has anyone ever had the same issue? I’m loathed to delete it and build a new one as it has a lot of reviews

It happens all the time for many of us. I’ve added some new products this week and quite a few have been “Search Supressed” because of the image, states a logo or text is the problem. You just have to play with the image sometimes. I’ve found that adding a border sometimes works, even though that is not strictly the way forward. Just had a couple today where adding a border has fixed one image and adding a drop shadow has fixed the other one.
