This type of insanity is why we are required to have liability insurance.
Did you include specific instructions that they should NOT eat it as it could cause bowel blockages? /S
I'm still waiting for a claim to show up that the 'buyer' was allergic to the packing tape that I use to close boxes.
If they do pursue anything (which I doubt) I'm pretty sure there is a clause in the frivolous lawsuits information that THEY have to pay all costs plus additional damages (but I haven't looked in a few years).

Do not reply to this customer. Talk with your liability insurance company or your attorney first.

You are being Scammed!!!
wait till you are served with a lawsuit and then have you insurance company reply back to them save all communication and pictures etc.
I had a similar issue a few years ago. Customer contacted me that the item arrived damaged, I asked for pictures and never heard back. A year later I got served with a lawsuit making vague claims that when she opened the product it splashed all over her and burned her skin. She claimed she was a model and it has destroyed her career.
The product was a jeweler cleaner and can not cause skin burns it a mild biodegradable soap. The woman went to 4 ER hospitals trying to get the Doctor to say it was my product that caused the burns. In fact the doctor at the 4th Er hospital noted this. When my insurance company investigated her they found pictures of her with similar burns and other mutilation she was into. Her attorney refused to release pictures for the product and the burns until we provided them with a copy of the insurance policy. My insurance company new this was a money grab. after providing the insurance policy we got the pictures and notice the product has never been opened it still had the plastic seal around the cap.

What does "Show claim details" tell you (if anything)?
I'm not a "crafty" person, so it surprises me that these kits are this pricey. Are needles included? Maybe she poked herself in the eye.

This is the predictable outcome of Amazon forcing us all to have this insurance. The American public loves freebies. They love lawyers. They will find unique reasons to fault you and try to make some cash at your expense. God only knows how some jackazz will attempt to milk your insurance.
Sorry this is happening to you. Stay strong.
I'm waiting for the day when I get a claim like "your lawn mower transmission belt caused me psychological trauma!" Or maybe "my child broke her baby tooth attempting to chew and eat your ignition coil!"

no claim details, only what you see on the screenshot, for now, I only have a reserve of funds for $79.64 and the case is now under review. They only say that they are waiting for further evidence from the customer to make a decision but I don't know if it is evidence of property damage or personal injury issue. It's a really stressful situation

Hello @Seller_YJCf7792AoBpW
I looked at the claim and I see an annotation there alerting you to the fact that Amazon requested additional evidence from the customer. Further, we will resume the review after we receive it. No action is needed from you.
I want to provide you with some information from the help pages to help you understand the policy and program related to this claim.
A-to-z Claims Process for Property Damage and Personal Injury
The help page outlines the process for claims under $1,000. If you provide proof of insurance, Amazon will resolve the claim through a concession to the customer and will not seek reimbursement from you or your insurer. Since you mentioned that you do not have insurance, you will need to wait until Amazon obtains the additional evidence from the customer before proceeding with the review.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm here to help you understand the process and ensure a smooth resolution.
