mixing of products in the fba warehouse
Hello.
I created a shipment to the amazon fba warehouse. in this shipment, I sent 2 products with different aces. I sent 61 products to asin b0xxxxxxxx. I sent 121 products to asin b0xxxxxxx1. while these were taken to the warehouse, 121 inventory was entered to asin b0xxxxxxxx and 61 inventory was entered to the other asin b0xxxxxxxx. so the two were mixed together. I am opening a case but my problem is still not solved

Who did put the FNSKUs on the products?

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to provide additional information. This shipment has been escalated to the highest possible authority and unfortunately the final decision has been made. In some cases we can escalate internally, however for this shipment this will not be the case.
