Seller Support - Product re-measuring
Hi,
I am hoping that a moderator reads this message and is able to help me with a very simple issue that has so far not been resolved after more than 1 month of messaging with seller support.
I opened a case with seller support on the 3rd of February to re-measure a product because I reduced the size of the packaging, case ID 9485902112
Bizarrely, this request was only granted after several days of me being sent the old measurements and being reassured of their accuracy - in total I had to send 6 messages to seller support to get the product re-measured after which the correct dimensions were confirmed.
I hoped this was the end of the problem however the system was not updated with the new dimensions.
Therefore, I had to open a new case (ID 9513102402) not to re-measure the product, just to update the system with the dimensions sent to me by Amazon in the previous case.
The new case has been open for 2 weeks at this point and Amazon have sent me 7 messages to say that they are working on the issue.
It's been more than 1 month, all I need is for the product dimensions to be updated, Amazon already these dimensions, a request like this used to be resolved in 2/3 days.
I would appreciate some assistance with this matter from a moderator so I can move on from this.

I have checked the package dimensions of your product on the Amazon website and it seems they have been updated as per request on Case ID 9485902112.
Could you please double check and confirm?
