How to Report a Seller Violation on Brand Registry? Error Message

Hi,

I cannot find on the forum any information on how to report a violation on Brand Registry.

I have sellers jumping on my trademark brand registered listings.

I have been able to kick them all off using “report a violation” but this time I report the same way with the same notice and I keep getting “-- We have determined that the notices you have reported to Amazon are invalid and/or inaccurate. Reporting false, misleading, or consistently inaccurate notices of infringement violates our policies.”

When I escalate the complaint I get that message, or I get you have not included the complaint ID (even though I have) when I advise I have given the complaint ID and that it was in the previous message and give it again then I get the same error message.–

What is the proper way to report a seller selling a counterfeit on your listing?

And how do I fix the above?

I think they said I need to make a new separate complaint but it was a bit cryptic and when I asked I just get the above autoreplies.
