Amazon not correctly implementing their own policy on returns labels charges

Amazon is still not charging customers correctly for returns labels leading to incorrect reimbursement to sellers:

"The following shipping cost table outlines the estimated shipping costs for UK seller-fulfilled returns.

We reserve the right to adjust charges after they are initially posted, to reflect adjustments by the applicable carrier or other service provider.

Weight Carrier Shipping cost (excluding VAT)

Up to 2 kg Royal Mail £2.79

0–15 kg Hermes £2.73

To know more about Shipping costs for seller-fulfilled returns, Please refer to the below mentioned Help Page:

https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202103400"

No-one at seller support seems to understand. If a price is quoted (excluding VAT) this does not mean that VAT should not be added!!!

I have been banging on about this since October. It's small sums of money but if this is widespread just how much is Amazon withholding from sellers?

If any mod is interested, yet another case raised under ID 10758810902.

Seller support have responded that the price is excluded from VAT!!! It is not. They do not understand the difference between excluding and excluded.

Please will a mod help? It is clear that my messages are being misunderstood. I am unable to use SAFE-T because as far as they can see, a label HAS been reimbursed, the fact that it was not reimbursed correctly is not applicable, once a claim has been rejected it cannot be resubmitted

This rumbles on and on, it’s hit and miss. I had a label correctly reimbursed! Yes, £3.35. But continue to have SAFE-T claims and subsequent appeals denied for the incorrect reimbursements of £2.79 despite quoting the Amazon policy in full each time.

Yet another case had been raised ID 10844977732 which references the correctly reimbursed and an incorrectly reimbursed order.

No-one in Seller Support seems capable of understanding the issue.

Please will a mod look into this and give me guidance on how to remedy this?
