Account deactivated Due to Section 3
Dear All,
My account got deactivated on 02-01-2024 in accordance of section 3 for product authenticity complaints. That same products was dragged multiple times and increased the violation counts and asking invoices for each. We have sold more than 50+ units for same Asin via Amazon FBA and suddenly they deactivated stating authenticity complaints. I have been submitting thousand invoices and they are rejecting. We have got information that they are saying that seller supplier is verifiable but not reachable. When they can verify supplier 1st step should be cleared, we provided alternative numbers for our supplier have been checking with suppliers everyday since 2 months they have not got any single call. What exactly they want? I am seller since 2015 are they not counting the history. Just 2 complaints and account gone which is not at all fair for sellers.
If anyone out here have any clues and solution please provide. As we have submitted POA and invoices both.
