Error message when clicking on "Accept charges and confirm shipping"

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to book a sea shipment via AGL (from China/Shenzhen to US), but when I click on

get an error message saying: 'An error occured. Please try again'. I tried several times and made sure all the information are there. I cleared cache and cookies, restarted the computer but still getting this error (here attached)

All suggestions are very welcome.
