I am writing to outline my current situation regarding an Amazon listing issue. Despite my efforts to engage Amazon’s support, I find myself navigating a series of unproductive responses.
My company was previously owned by a different entity than the one currently managing our operations. The former partnership established an Amazon listing with the ASIN: B078SDZ3QG. Following our acquisition by another company, we now seek to reinstate our product on Amazon. A new listing has been created with the ASIN: B09ZVFXTTL; however, due to the differing ASIN numbers, I am unable to merge these two listings.
I do not have access to the old listing, which prevents me from deactivating it. Additionally, while the old listing is still associated with our store, it remains invisible in our inventory.
Therefore, I am requesting assistance in either removing the inaccessible old listing with ASIN: B078SDZ3QG, so that only our current listing remains active or in combining both product pages.
Regrettably, I lack access to the old listing, and all contacts from the previous company have departed, leaving me unable to obtain the necessary email address related to the old listing.
We are also unable to register our business with the Brand registry because our old listing is using all of our infomaton.
Could you please advise on the appropriate steps to resolve this matter and eliminate the old listing from my account?
