Hi if you are experiencing problem with the new IOSS regulation, please leave a comment.
We have a contact that worked as expert for UPU Universal Postal Union, that may help us to go through this nightmare.
That your company is registered in UK, or overseas, that you ship from UK to EU or from overseas to EU

We had another one come back today from Ireland. Sent through click and drop. CN22 is correct, IOSS logo clearly visible. It’s low value item that cost £11 to post tracked and signed. Item value £5.99. Bought through Amazon UK.
RM say that Ireland should not have rejected this package as all the data is there in the QR code, which printed perfectly.
I have already turned of internation shipping from Amazon Uk. We just can’t afford these sort of losses on low value items.
An interesting read:
What about the Country of Origin?
Yes! it seems to be hit and miss whether the mail system in the receiving country actually picks up on the fact that the package is an IOSS order. We ship by Royal Mail and the IOSS number is printed on the customs label. We had the glitch back in August when the labels changed and it stopped showing the IOSS number… we went in an reset that and it’s been OKish… but the last few weeks we’ve had an unusually high number of problems with IOSS orders - customers being asked to pay for customs fees. Anyone else having an increase in problems and any ideas on how to minimise this issue?
Hi, I seem to have a problem with Parcelforce into Ireland. Recently every parcel is returned with a pink sticker giving a number of potential reasons for it being returned. It is always ticked as “rejected”. Customers are rejecting it and Parcelforce don’t know why when I call them.
IOSS number correct and Tariff Code correct. No idea why they get Rejected.
Huge, never ending issues with Amazon IOSS return. constant returns, Spain the worst, Germany the best but we do get them from everywhere. I have no idea how to control this, or get Amazon on the case - what has everyone else done as I have to refund and i don’t get the tax back or the postage???!
Thanks
