I submitted documents to have my account reactivated.
This was the return message:
"The number that you entered in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the unique ID number in the identity document. Update the number in Seller Central to match the unique ID number in the identity document."
I do not know where to locate an ID number in Seller Central.
Any advice?
