We are facing a critical issue where over 4,000 of our private label ASINs under Labreeze have had their Featured Offer (Buy Box) disabled despite meeting all the required criteria. This unexpected removal has led to a 99% drop in sales, severely impacting our business.

Our Compliance with Amazon’s Featured Offer Criteria:

1. Pricing:

• We are a Prime Seller, and our pricing includes Prime delivery charges, cost of goods, warehousing expenses, staff costs, and VAT.

• Our products are unique private-label sets with no identical competing offers, making direct price comparisons misleading.

• Our prices are competitive and structured to remain profitable while adhering to Amazon’s fair pricing policies.

2. Delivery Performance (Seller Fulfilled):

• Late Dispatch Rate: 0.5% (Target: Under 4%)

• Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate: 0% (Target: Under 2.5%)

• Valid Tracking Rate: 98.5% (Target: Over 95%)

3. Customer Service Performance:

• Order Defect Rate: 0.07% (Target: Under 1%)

• Negative Feedback: 0.05%

• A-to-Z Guarantee Claims: 0.02%

• Chargeback Claims: 0%

Impact on Our Business:

• We have invested over £100,000 in stock specifically for World Book Week (6th March), and sales were just starting to increase before this issue.

• Our projected sales for the next two weeks were over £250,000, and this removal is jeopardizing our ability to fulfill customer demand.

• Since our products are unique sets under Labreeze, disabling our Featured Offer means customers cannot access our offers in a fair and competitive manner.

Request for Urgent Action:

1. Immediate reinstatement of Featured Offer status for our private-label ASINs, as we meet all Amazon’s required criteria.

2. Clarification on the reason behind the removal and what specific adjustments, if any, are needed.

3. Escalation to an internal specialist team, as this issue is affecting thousands of ASINs and is causing severe financial harm.

In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
