Hello. I have an issue that causes a lot of troubles and is very time-consuming. I had similar problem in France marketplace, and now it appeared in Germany. Suddenly all my listings went separated, like in the morning all the products belonged to their proper variations, and here we are…now they are stand-alone. This is the case regarding newly created listings, new I mean, like within half a year, the older are still intact.
Sometimes this happened to one listing when there appeared parasitic Retail child ASINs that caused my listing to be eliminated (Retail Amazon’s listings always win unfortunately, despite that I am the only brand owner). But this is not an issue right now, all the products are stand-alone, and I don’t have any choice but to combine them into new listings.
I don’t understand what caused this reset? All the work of the past months just disappeared. And if it is a technical glitch, is Amazon able to return all this progress?
When I contacted France’s marketplace about the same issue a couple of months ago, they investigated the matter and finally gave me the answer:
“Upon review, the parent SKUs provided were "deleted" by your account, that caused the error. We do not have access to know which user it was since it is at the Seller Central level”.
This is total nonsense. So maybe someone had similar problems and have a proper answer? Because I really don’t understand what causes these enormous bags, so they can return any time, tremendously damaging my business.
