Easy Ship Opt out

I am new seller on amazon and recently I on the easy ship method then check the which location my warehouse is Industrial Area 6 Easy ship did not provide the pick up service and another error which I mostly faces that is "This product exceeds the maximum possible dimension that can be delivered at the selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location" I think It is because of I am selling High Dimensions of products thats why it shows to customer before placing order so I want to out the easy ship and do the only self ship but I could not able off it Kindly Guide me.
