"We noticed that your seller account has been flagged as having a Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) below the 95% requirement. Sellers must provide valid tracking numbers for at least 95% of their packages in all categories to avoid suspension of their selling privileges in that category."
However, when I went to check Seller Performance it shows that my VTR is 98.28% currently. Although I'm not even sure why it is not 100% either (since all my order have a tracking number).
Is this an error?
Overall averaged out for all categories on your account, you might be at 98.28%, but you have 1 category dragging you down under 95%.
