Recent issues listings new products

I’ve been trying to list some new products recently. Brands which I already have listed.

I keep getting a message whilst listing about Brand Registry. I’m not the brand owner but buy directly from the brand. Other products from the brand are already on the site and I also have listing already live. I suspect its another of recent glitches but can’t find any similar topics. The message also states to contact seller support with a specific error code if you believe the message appears in error. I’ve done this but had no response to date!

Does anyone have any advice?
