I am trying to list some products for FBA, when I am prepping my shipment it does not allow me to use manufacturer barcode stating the SKU is not eligible to use manufacturer barcode and to print amazon ASIN instead. Why is this?

Lately some of my listing, suddenly the ean-barcode number has gone missing- not recognized by amazon.

This is the message I get when trying to send items:

"This product is ineligible for sending to Amazon with a manufacturer barcode. Please remove the product from the shipment, re-create the offer with an Amazon barcode and label your units."

All are gs1 brought barcode.

Any advise?

I recently bought a GS1 UK barcode and created it but when I'm trying to check it in their database(official barcode checker) it's showing that my barcode doesn't exist, I'm just afraid to produce products with barcode that eventually will not work. But I'm confused I watched GS1 official tutorials on how to create barcode and I followed all the steps but still the barcode doesn't work. Have any of you encountered the same issue? How did you resolve it? Also another question I'm using GTIN-13 barcode, is it the same as UPC and EAN barcode? Thank you
