Can you buy Anonymously on Amz
So,
Over they years, some of us have had a number of belligerent, malicious, dishonest, scamming " customers ", who we know for a fact are dropshippers / rivals / sellers of dubious morals and business practices. And they have pulled one on us because they know the system. INRs on low value items without tracking for example.
Some of us have extra time on our hands. And long memories.
Were some of us to buy from these characters, we could file legitimate complaints. For example if the item was sold as new, but as experts in our field, we could clearly see that the item was a used item that had been resealed or an item sold as new that was not bought from an official distributor …
So I’m just wondering, is it possible to set up a " temporary " or " annonymous " buying account, using a gift card or pre-paid debit/credit card, which would protect our personal details … ?

Your personal details such as credit cards are not passed on anyway, since Amazon process the payments.
Be careful setting up another account with the intention of filing complaints against rivals. Even if the complaints are legit Amazon might still suspend your seller account because they will link the two accounts and think you are up to no good.
Yes it sucks, but since Amazon can’t be bothered to investigate complaints properly they just consider that anyone leaving complaints against a competitor must have bad intentions.

Not condoning any form of action but hypothetically I expect you could setup a new buying account however the only sticking point I could see would be the billing address of the payment card you register with them (since you can have any delivery address).
I expect a payment card has to be registered even if you make actual payments using Amazon gift cards bought for cash in a bricks and mortar store.
