Account deactivated due to Restricted product policy violation

My seller account was deactivated 2 weeks ago due to Restricted product policy violation. I am a new seller. Opened seller account 3 weeks ago. I selected the products by analyzing the trending, bestsellers, movers & shakers... on Amazon. It is a laser slingshot and it comes under Toys category. Hundreds of sellers are selling the same product on Amazon. But my listing was removed on the same day it was created. I didn't know what to do next.

After few days my account got deactivated due to this reason. I didn't sell a single unit from this listing. I didn't aware of the restricted product policy initially.

Now seller support team is asking evidence or proof that I have not violated the policy. Or a certificate or proof of compliance that my product is safe to use. I bought it from a supplier who doesn't have any certificate. He just imports products from China through an agent.

I submitted Plan Of Action 3 times. All got rejected. I invested a lot doing business on Amazon. Please help me with this.
