UPS Delivery To Customer - What Happens If
Hi,
We shipped an order to a customer using UPS, the customer emailed to say its not arrived.
I have checked and UPS tracking shows its now been left at a local UPS access point because no one was in to take delivery when UPS tried to deliver.
If customer opens an A-Z for INR, what happens in this scenario?

You on step 4 or 5, look to solve the current issue, communicate with buyer to either collect the parcel or rearrange delivery. 999/1000 no further issues so no need to worry about the above just yet.
