Carton Dimensions for Fulfilment Centre
Hi Everyone,
I am new to Amazon FBA and trying to create my first shipping plan. When I enter the carton dimensions and confirm them, I get the message below. My cartons are 19.2KG each, which is classified as Heavy, but is still within the limits, so I do bit understand what I need to do to fix this. Any help is much appreciated.
Amazon cannot find an eligible fulfilment centre for this product.
There is currently no fulfilment centre in the destination country that can receive this product. Please delete this product from the shipment or contact Seller Support if you believe this is an error.

Hi Everyone,
I got there in the end with the help of the support team. Two things which came out were:
1 - On inventory category you need to select the second item in the list which is Manage FBA Inventory
2 - I needed to add the size of the packaged products before being placed into a shipping packing storage container, not only the carton dimensions and weight

The most common reason for that message is incorrectly entering either the size or weight so go through and make sure they are all correct. I’ve seen it before where someone was sending books and had entered that each book weighed 500kg instead of grams.

Have you tried creating half the shipment to see if it’ll accept that? You can cancel it before paying
