This is The ASIN B0CTQ7SDMH of one of our item named hunting knife which is meant to cut vegetables bbq, and meat and this knife cant be blunt at all as we have received a review on this item in the United Kingdom on 23 May 2024 we have already solve this customer problem but this customer give is fake review very blunt this item is meant to be chef knife so we crafted it not blunt please kindly remove this review

This is a forum of sellers, not Amazon although moderators do sometimes see posts.
Unfortunately, there is absolutely no chance of removing this review, even if you do eventually get through to the right people.
If you want to take my advice, don't waste any more time asking Amazon to help.
The only way, especially as you have resolved the situation with the customer, is to ask them to remove or edit it. Be aware that this may be against Amazon rules but the decision is yours.
Instructions for the customer to edit or remove a review:
Go to Your Profile.
Choose the review you want to change in the Community activity section.
Edit or delete your review, as required.
