I have submitted and emailed even MD as well with ID and multiple proof of address but keep getting the reply below within 40-60 minutes. Does anyone have any better solution. Any advise please?

The Amazon Payments team
There is obviously something in your documents that Amazon cannot verify - did you go to the page that they have linked there regarding the 'Changes to the ..........Agreement' ? As it is from the 'payments team' it is likely to be something to do with your bank info. - does the address in your personal ID match that on your bank account ?
