Credit card charge failed
My store has been operating normally for 4 years. On March 8, I was suddenly informed that my credit card charge failed. I immediately contacted my bank, and the bank staff told me that my card was in normal use; and I carefully checked my credit card information in the account. everything is correct, and within the validity period, I have enough credit. This is Amazon's problem.
But Amazon told me that my credit card charge failed and was rejected by the bank. It was a problem with the bank.
They passed the buck like they were playing football, leaving me in the middle with nothing to do.
The current situation is that Amazon said that there is an arrears that has not been successfully deducted; I checked a lot of information and found that before the Chinese Spring Festival last year, a large number of Chinese sellers encountered similar problems, but I followed their methods and did not solve them. China The seller said it was an Amazon system bug, but why does it still appear after so long? The system is still not maintained well;
