Handmade brother gifts no more!!! BROTHER own the word in Amazons eyes, Trademark Violation joke!
Looks like we cannot sell any Brother related items anywhere on Amazon as BROTHER the brand has forced all titles of adverts to not have the word Brother in them 👏
No more birthdays cards, Christmas cards, gifts that are aimed at brothers...... you know BROTHER do not manufacture cards or gifts and they are a totally different category and they certainly don't have anything to sell in the Amazon Handmade 🤷♂️🤷♂️
I've emailed help.... lost count how may times and they are totally unhelpful as they just go by the instruction given to them, they can't or are not allowed to actually take into consideration the affect on businesses totally unrelated to BROTHER.
Watchdog would have a giggle at this one for sure

Having the same issue, this was their response to me...
'We can not do anything in this case, even if it is just the Title Brother, the trademark violation does not allow to use that without Approval from owner of the Trademark.'

Searched Amazon for brother items..... absolutely loads of them on there so why have mine and others posting on here been pulled off for the word BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
