Amazon refunding AZ Claims without any consideration for sellers nor evidence.
Hi,
We had a client purchase a high value item from us, we had sent it out with royal mail tracked 24 signed for and on time. This was delivered safely and on time and signed for by the correct individual.
Since then the client has opened a "not received" claim.
We have provided all evidence to the AZ Team aswell as proof that since delivery the item has now been activated and has a icloud account attached to it, yet amazon has sided with client.
Can we request amazon team here to look in to this.
