Unable to assign a deposit method
Hello, I have an issue for months with updating my deposit method and so far it hasn't been resolved and it is stopping me from running my Amazon business. On my account there is the message that my deposit method is either missing, invalid or not assigned for Amazon.com. When I add my bank account it says that the new deposit method has been successfully assigned but after that it simply disappears and I get the invalid deposit method message again. That has been going on for months. A little bit of history: My bank did a merger last year so I had to update the bank account number because the previous one was no longer valid. Strangely, it worked for the Amazon Mexico and Amazon Canada marketplaces, but not for the main Amazon.com one. Any help is greatly appreciated because right now I am unable to get money or create shipping plans and send inventory to Amazon.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

Why you don't just create an account with Payoneer and ad this one as "Deposit Method"? Then from Payoneer you make send to your actual bank.
Why does that hinder you to create shipping plans? Is your account deactivated?
