Why am I charged for subscription in Canada?

Why am I charged for subscription in Canada?

Hello!

Today Amazon has charged me for subscription in Canada.It is the first time. I have never sold there and I am not planning to so.

Is there any way to avoid these payments in Canada and Mexico?

Amazon charges for the marketplace (CA, MX and USA)
You don’t need to worry much, it will total $39.99+tax (with some exchange differences)
With that said, is understandably annoying.

Do you have any listings at all in CA?
