I just joined you guys and I really need help.
I wanted disney brand approval and bought the products from disney…

As a new seller, regardless of whether you have the correct documentation, it’s extremely unlikely that you will get approved for such a big brand.
You need a trading history and I’m surprised that they aren’t asking you for a letter from the brand as well giving approval to sell it.
Your better off selling them on Ebay.

It’s been said already, but here goes in simple terms.
You are not going to get Brand approval from Disney, it’s just not going to happen, firstly because you’re a new seller, chancing his arm from a different country without going through the correct process. Second because you are attempting Retail arbitrage on one of the biggest and most protected brands. Third because your business is about as legit as HP sauce in Bodrum.
You DEFINATELY need to get registered for the Wattage. There is absolutely no way around it, your account will be suspended very quickly otherwise.
You need a different accountant, one that understands HMRC if you are planning on making a business on Amazon UK, because the one you have will end you in a lot of trouble and still send you a bill.

I sell a lot of Disney Licensed products and have done for a number of years.
Yes you can buy 10 Disney licensed products from any wholesaler/manufacturer and experienced sellers can normally get approval to sell Disney licensed products with an invoice.
Most Disney products are not brought directly from Disney themselves but from manufacturers/wholesalers who have a licensing agreement with Disney.
As you have brought direct from Disney this is not a valid supply chain as you have brought as a retail customer.
Amazon though are very strict with the Disney Brand. If approved for the brand you can add yourself to existing listings but you cannot normally create new listings for Disney. If your item is not on Amazon then you have to ask for approval to list for Disney. Gaining approval is not too difficult but you normally only get 96 hours to list your products.

The negative answer that you receive to sell Disney products can be multiple (ex: documentation, provider…etc)
