Suspected Intellactual Property Violation without showing Valid proof

I have received a notification regarding a suspected Intellectual Property Violation related to my account/listing. Regrettably, the communication did not include any credible evidence or specific information to substantiate this allegation. I am apprehensive that this matter may have been raised without adequate verification or comprehension of the circumstances. The notification merely indicated that I was using images from another brand. However, upon reviewing all their listings both in India and globally, I did not identify any similar images. Subsequently, I reached out to the Amazon team regarding this concern, but they informed me that the issue originated from my side and that the suspected intellectual claims were directly from Amazon. When I requested proof, I was told that only the internal team could review the matter, and that team consistently provided the same response whenever I sought clarification. This situation is exceedingly frustrating for sellers.
