We are having 2 separate issues here that are affecting our account metrics. Let me add that our team utilizes SP-API to create shipments to FBA. I will outline the issues below:
1) No Option to Print Shipping Labels
Starting in April we started to experience issues with some shipments upon creation where when we attempted to print the shipping labels, there was no option for us to click "Marketplace Web Service (view)" to view and print shipment labels. We contacted Amazon support and we were advised to clear the cache, cookies, etc., but the troubleshooting steps didn't work. Since there was no way to print the shipping labels we had to cancel the orders and replace new orders, but those cancelled orders where we could not print the shipping labels are now counting as "Deleted and abandoned shipments" for issues that were not within our control.
2) _FBF Shipments
Also starting in April there were FBA shipments that were created (not by us) in April and May, even when our offices were closed. I read in several other posts that this is happening to other sellers as well. These shipment id's have (_FBF) at the end. These orders are also counting as "Deleted and abandoned shipments".
As a result of both of these issues being counted as defects against our account metrics, we are almost at the threshold for Shipment placement issues for circumstances outside of our control.
We have tried to open support cases and dispute the defects but we have not been able to get any support and all of the disputes have been rejected.
There are many cases that we have opened to try to get this resolved:
