Now the verification has now been successfully completed. But Amazon said "We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
Account Health Team has not informed us exactly which part of Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement we violated. We are a new store and have no sales record. Now all our global stores are closed. We need advice on what information to provide. Thank you.
