Seller Flex Shipping Label

Suddenly my Seller Flex Shipping Label is not printing properly. It is printing only part of it. However, if I select 200 dpi then it is coming fine but a bit smaller. I am not sure if the pickup guy will accept the label or not. The invoice is printing fine. I am also able to print shipping labels for my website. The only issue is with the Seller Flex Shipping Label.

I have already reinstalled the printer (TSC-TTP345), and tried a different laptop as well.

Can anyone help here?
