Dear Amazon Support,

I am writing to request the removal of a review that violates Amazon's Community Guidelines on two counts:

Fake Review from Unverified Purchase: The review in question is from a customer who did not purchase the product through Amazon, as it is marked as "Unverified Purchase." We sell this product exclusively on Amazon, so the reviewer could not have bought it from us, making the review misleading.

Comment on Price: The review also contains a comment that violates the "Comments on Prices and Availability" guideline. The reviewer states: "However, I regret to say they are not worth the price paid, maybe half. After receiving the sets and learning the brand, I found them at much lower prices. - però mi dispiace ma non valgono il prezzo pagato, forse la metà. I set, una volta ricevuti e appreso la marca, li ho trovati a prezzi molto più bassi" This violates the rule that prohibits comments on individual price experiences, which are not relevant to all customers.

Here is the relevant excerpt from Amazon’s guidelines: "It is acceptable to comment on the price if it is related to the product’s value. For example: 'For just 29.99 EUR, this blender is really fantastic.'

Comments about individual price experiences are not allowed. For example, do not compare the price of the same product in different stores: 'I found it here for 5 EUR less than at my local store.' Comments like this are not allowed because they are not relevant to all customers."

Based on these two violations, we kindly ask that you remove this review.
