Hat listing stuck in drafts re sizing issue in info
Hello, Ive spent a week backwards and forwards with ‘support’ trying to activate a listing. I have had 4 different answers, the last one being that the info I have entered is incorrect:
‘After checking we could see the error A headwear_size#1.size value ‘one_size’ is not less than headwear_size#
We suggest you to make a correction to the “headwear size” and then relist.
This would rectify the error and make your listing live again.’
Can anyone explain what this means please? I am at a loss, particularly as the listing is: allowing me to save it (there are no red error notifications); is showing as under review on the inventory page but then goes back into the drafts. The hat is an adult ‘one size’.
