Amazon (customer service) rep asking for me to get the courier to call the customer at the time of delivery
Hi all, not really asking for any help but more of a rant / add to the file type of post!
I’ve just received this from Amazon who apparently understand so little about logistics and couriers that they think we can call them while we / the courier is stood at the door.
Brilliant!
Yet again the customer service arm of Amazon raising the bar so high that thi s can only end in a bad customer service experience for the customer who is now expecting a personalised courier service.
The rep should have stated without hesitation that this is not possible - obvious to everyone at Amazon you would think.
