Buy Box Issue Please Help
Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me, my box from my own listings has gone again, it went off for like nearly a week, then came back for 2-3 days now it has gone again for some reason, is there a reason why this has happened? I have been selling on Amazon for quite a long time and have never experienced something like this before, would appreciate some help thanks.

Our buy box percentage has been decreasing for the past 2 weeks… 100% down to 95% down to 93% and today it’s dropped to 91%… despite us having buy box on all items listed… seems to be glitching

All my metrics are perfectly fine so not sure why this is happening, Amazon need sort this problem out as soon as possible.

I design my own stuff and am the only one selling them so, theoretically, I should have the buy box 100% of the time but it’s in the low 90s. Luckily it makes no difference to sales.

How many others sellers attached with your listing? If there are others attached with yours, than following might be the reasons
- Price Difference- Seller whose prices are lowest gtt the buy box even from a difference of 1 penny.
- Near Location- Seller whose price is not lowest, but delivery location is near to the Buyer, gets the buy box.

Most of my listings nobody has tagged on to, hopefully it will sort it self out.
