Re-verify seller account

I have a similar problem. I'm a professional seller on Amazon for about 10 years, and I'm an individual seller living in China. About 10 years ago, I registered as a professional seller on Amazon with Chinese Resident ID Card, which was smoothly and legally. Yesterday I receved an email named Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account, and when I clicked Start re-verification, firstly I need to select a country for Business Location, and Amazon says "If you don't have a business, enter your country of residence". So, I selected China here. After that, I need to select an entity type, but there are only 4 types for sellers in China, just including Charity, Privately-owned business, Publicly-listed business, State-owned business. There is no appropriate type for Chinese individual sellers to select here. Therefore, there is no way for me to provide any information to complete the verification process.

On the other hand, at the first step, if I select any other country except china, e.g. If I select Chile as my country of residence, there are always 5 entity types for sellers to select, which include the option "None, I am individual", which is appropriate for individual sellers. Honestly I also need this option for my entity type, but I can't see this option because I have selected China as my country of residence. So, I'm wondering why there is no "None, I am individual" for sellers in China, and is this a bug of Amazon technical engineers?

Recently I also opened lots of cases which have been answered by Amazon customer service staff in China, and all their answers can't solve this problem for me, because they are very young and they even don't know nowadays there are lots of professional sellers are Chinese individual sellers who registered as Amazon sellers just with Chinese Resident ID Cards about 10 years ago. Some of the customer service staff in China even advise me to form my new company and change my current Legal Entity to the new company as soon as possible to submit the new business license for the Re-verification, which is inappropriate and unfair for me indeed because I'm a legal and individual seller on Amazon.

Therefore, Is it possible for Amazon to add the option "None, I am individual" in the Business type for the individual sellers residing in China? As far as I know, there is a large group of individual sellers in China, who registered as a professional seller on Amazon with Chinese Resident ID Card many years ago, and sincerely would like to provide the information such as government-issued identity cards, bank account or credit card statements to complete the re-verification, but have no method to submit them just because there is no appropriate option in the Business types to select. Or, if Amazon could add other more convenient and feasible solutions for the individual sellers residing in China in this re-verification? Thank you very much.
