IP Complaint received for a Big Brand Toy

I received an IP complaint for a set that I create from parts from the "Big Brand". I appealed it. The DMCA complaint wasn't even from the "Big Brand", it was from a Competitor who received the appeal and basically said they can't fix it. Seller Support was not helpful, I emailed and had a conversation and was told the Complaintant has 2 weeks to respond. I have invoices from the Big Brand that prove I purchased parts from them. Amazon will not remove the listing violation, and there is no way to dispute this further. Is there someone who can assist from Amazon or am I sending this Certified Letter of Demand to this Competitor and sue for Damages?

I have opened 2 cases and had an unproductive phone call with Seller Support about this Complaint. The complaintant is not a Brand Owner and is a competitor. I have sent him a Letter of Demand for Retraction.
