This is outrageously unfair ground for me a seller.
I must be briefed about the issue if there is one and I must be allowed to fix if there is anything ?

Unfortunately no-one from a 'senior team' will even see this post, a forum moderator might read it if you tag them in, but apart from that no-one here can actually do anything to help.
Is this all to do with the country of establishment of your account ? - many of us had to go through a very complicated re-verification process, submitting endless documents. If so you just need to provide exactly what they are asking for. Check out your Performance Notificationsand see if anything there, (type into blue search box at top of page).
