The period for completing the account verification successfully has passed
In April I was asked by amazon seller support to submit and verify my ID and also bills. I had a video call where I submitted this information.
I heard nothing back, A month later I contacted amazon support who said the documents had been verified and approved.
I submitted an appeal to reactivate my account but it was not sucessful (No reply from amazon as to why)
I have today contacted amazon support who have said "The period for completing the account verification successfully has passed"
I dont understand as the documents have been approved already?
Is there anything I can do now?
