If YOUR account is in good standing (NOT deactivated!) and she sells in a completely different category, she can do this. Just know that if ONE of your accounts will be suspended, the other one will be it too immediately.

Anyone -- seller or not -- is allowed a number of buying accounts.
There should be no problem whatever with your wife having one or more buying accounts.

Yes, your wife can open a buyer account under her name at the same address without issues if strict separation is maintained between accounts
Key requirements:
1. Unique Information: Her account must use her own email, payment methods (separate credit card/bank account), and device
2. No Shared Networks/IPs: Avoid logging into both accounts from the same device or network to prevent Amazon’s anti-fraud systems from flagging them as linked
3. No Interactions: Her buyer account shouldn’t review or engage with your seller listings
