Shipping to FBA warehouse in US from Europe (Bulgaria)

Hello dear Sellers,

We are company from Bulgaria, we manufacture our own items, and pretty much successfully selling them in Amazon DE, ES, IT and FR. So now, we are ready with registering our brand and account in Amazon US, so the time for sending our first shipment to US FBA center has come. This is why i came here on this forum, where i have find and learn so many useful thing, but unfortunatelly i didnt find anything for what i need now. So my question is:

When i am creating shipment from Seller Central page - Send/replenish inventory, and on the option to choose
Shipping carrier, its giving me 3 options to choose: ABF, BNSF and UPGF. But my issue is that none of this couriers have office or any connection here in Bulgaria, from where we want to send our pallet. Also, we can send with UPS, but it giving me that option only when i choose Small parcel delivery (SPD), but as i mention, we will send pallet with 8 to 10 boxes, so this is not option for us, and we have to use Less than truckload (LTL).

So, how to figure out any options for successful ship our products, without any issues ? Any advice and opinions would be much appreciated, thank you in advance.

You can ship the inventory using any local carrier. Just select the “Other” option when working on your shipment.

The Amazon supported carriers are only recognised for domestic shipments anyway. International sellers are normally using their own couriers.

Hello Kika and thank you for taking of your time to read and answer to this thread. I am asking in UK forum as well as in US forum also, because there i have beed telling that i have to find an US Customs Broker, to arrange shipping for me. “You will need a US Customs Broker to clear your shipment through US Customs. The best is to have your own independent US Customs Broker, this US Broker can clear any shipment you send into USA whether is comes into USA by Boat, by airplane or by mail”. Which for me is looking a bit strange, so i am double checked here. Thanks !

And second question, here in Bulgaria there is office of UPS, so if i use their service, would be fine ?

Hello again, a month later we are pretty much ready, we found courier company who will do all customs servises for us, for importing our products in US FBA center.
But now they surprise us with another thing, they sais that there should be a company in US who will be importer of this goods, means we should have US based company which we dont.
So, my question is, because i didnt find any accurate unformation anywhere, is that true, and it is, is there another way ? We can set a US company but that would take a lot of time.

We pay to our courier company for all custom servises. Also, sending one pallet would be cheapier for us. We was ready with everything, but now we have this issue with US based company, which our courier want we to provide, but we dont have it.
