How to confirm a listing or a product is accepted as Zero rated or Reduce rated by Amazon and UK policy?

I understand that some kind of products with Product tax codes (PTC) accepted as this special rates. But ı want to be sure about it.

Do anyone knows how Amazon approved an item is Zero rate or reduce rate by policy?
