Refund from months ago
hi!
I’ve got a refund deducted for something that was bought back in June , it’s a hygiene product , no reason for sending it basic months later ?
I got automatically charged for it ..
is this normal to give refund months later ?

I can only presume its an item that Amazon deem "non returnable" hence the refund without return.

I would insist on getting the item back (which in most cases never happens) and then dispute the refund based on the condition of the item. Not sure how that will work if it is a FBA item?
